School is starting and that means it’s time to start planning and working on Sandite Senior Celebration 2017! Let’s start off with a bang! Our first meeting is Thursday September 1st, 2016 6pm at the Charles Page High School cafeteria. Invite all of your senior friends and senior parents. Seniors receive “tickets” the night of Senior Celebration that they can put into a prize box of their choice to win a big prize to take home. There are several ways seniors can earn tickets and here are a few: attend a meeting, have a parent or guardian attend a meeting, help with an event, help with fundraisers, bring a sponsor, donate money to Senior Celebration. Remember to sign in for every event or function sponsored by Senior Celebration.
We are looking for a design for the Senior Celebration t-shirts. Please draw, sketch or print out your design for a t-shirt and submit them by September 30th, 2016. They can be dropped off at the principles office, emailed to SanditeSeniorCelebration@gmail.com or turned into the committee. Once designs are submitted, we will post for a vote of the seniors to choose the top two designs to go on the order form.
We need help with committees and volunteers to work on projects and organizing. Here is a link where you can sign up for committees and tell us how you want to help this year. The events for 2017 are: Elementary Dances, T-Shirt Sales, Rustic Cuff, Turkey Leg Sales (at football games), Restaurant Nights, Powder Puff Football Game, Powder Puff Volleyball, MORP Concession, Herbal Affair, Corporate Fundraising, Social Connectors. If you have an additional idea, keep in mind all fundraisers must be approved by the school prior to participating and must be added to our approved budget.
Ready to donate? Here is a link to pay the senior donation or donate to your hearts desire. Corporate sponsors can also get more information about corporate donations/gifts by emailing us at SanditeSeniorCelebration@gmail.com
Thank you and we look forward to another fabulous year!!
